Oversight Lead - Operations

About the Role
The Oversight Lead role reports into the Head of Oversight to support the management of the outsourcing relationship with Wealthtime’s outsourced Operations provider, ensuring that outsourced services align with regulatory standards, company policies, and contractual requirements.
Overseeing change management activities and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the delivery of the oversight strategy in alignment with Wealthtime’s business objectives.
- Responsible for the delivery of efficient operating and oversight models, ensuring the outsourced provider operates within the defined risk framework.
- Working with stakeholders at Wealthtime and the outsourced provider to ensure service levels and the outsourcing contractual agreements are met. Partner closely with the outsourced providers Operations team.
- Attend regular committee meetings with third party operations leads, representing the platform and providing input on areas for improvement within the service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships between Wealthtime and the outsourced provider, promoting open and effective communication.
- Support in playing a key part of the platform team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence and customer focus.
- Assist in assessing the effectiveness of outsourcing and platform oversight controls, identifying areas for improvement.
- Managing risks, issues and dispute resolution by liaising with internal stakeholders and the outsourced provider.
About You
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Extensive knowledge of Platforms and oversight of third-party outsourcing agreements
- Proven experience of stakeholder management
- Understanding of regulations related to outsourcing and third-party management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholder across both organisations
- Problem solving skills with a focus on service, customer outcomes and business value
- Strong data analysis skills and eye for detail to identify trends and resolve issues efficiently
