About the Role

The Oversight Lead role reports into the Head of Oversight to support the management of the outsourcing relationship with Wealthtime’s outsourced IT provider, ensuring that outsourced services align with regulatory standards, company policies, and contractual requirements.

Overseeing change management activities and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the delivery of the oversight strategy in alignment with Wealthtime's business objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our organisation and the outsourced provider on technology, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Responsible for the delivery of efficient operating and oversight models, ensuring outsourced providers operate within the defined risk framework.
  • Working with stakeholders at Wealthtime and outsourced providers to ensure service levels and the outsourcing contractual agreements are met. Partner closely with the outsourced providers Tech & Change team.
  • Attend regular committee meetings with third party Tech & Change leads, representing the platform and providing input on areas for improvement within the service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships between Wealthtime and outsourced providers, promoting open and effective communication and managing risk, issues and dispute resolution by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in playing a key part of the platform team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence and customer focus.
  • Assist in assessing the effectiveness of outsourcing and platform oversight controls, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure services, including laptops, monitors, telephony, and other technology essentials.
  • Manage the support and ongoing development of the web platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse and report on key metrics, providing clear insights to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.

About You

Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Extensive knowledge of Platforms and oversight of third-party outsourcing agreements
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management
  • Understanding of regulations related to outsourcing and third-party management
  • Problem solving skills with a focus on service, customer outcomes and business value
  • Strong data analysis skills and eye for detail to identify trends and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, web platforms, and development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to track, report, and analyse key metrics to measure performance and progress.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organisations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and transformation roadmaps is an advantage.
  • A background in IT or a related technical field is preferred.
